Summary
Salesforce Development & Customization
Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Flow.
Customize and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) functionality to meet business needs.
Develop advanced automation using Apex triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled classes.
Integration & AppExchange Tools
Implement and support integrations with Conga Composer/Grid for document generation and management.
Configure and enhance SMS Magic for customer messaging, campaigns, and alerts.
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services to enable real-time and batch data exchanges with external systems.
Solution Architecture & Strategy
Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Contribute to the architecture and design of cross-cloud applications and third-party integrations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and admins.
Quality Assurance & Deployment
Write comprehensive unit tests and perform peer code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Use CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, Salesforce DX) for automated deployment and version control.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues post-deployment.
