Summary

Job Purpose
This role is2-3 days per week , 16-18 hours a week.


• A very interesting role is available for a Job Share Support Worker for a visually impaired Team Lead Occupational Therapist (16-18 hours per week over 2-3 days each week). The ideal candidate should be reliable and flexible and keen to learn all about the service area we work in.
• Must previous admin / PA experience at least 1 year.
• Must be abele to do 2-3 days a week.
• System work experience (desirable )

· Providing a high-quality administrative service to meet the requirements of the unit including data collation and recording, audits, filing and making and receiving telephone calls. Prioritising the clinical team administration needs,

· Good typing speed.

· Excellent verbal and written skills, and competent in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook), prepare routine correspondence independently

· Good attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality and deal with issues of a sensitive nature.
• Flexible approach to work and ability to be proactive. At times working unsupervised and organise/manage own workload on a day-to-day basis.

· Will need to accompany OT on patient visits in the community so should be able to drive and have access to a car. Ideally live within 10 minutes of EN4.
