Summary
The post holder will provide day to day management and leadership of the AMHP service which is currently provided through a hub and spoke model . This will include all aspects of service delivery including, undertaking MHA considerations where appropriate, rota management, supervision, and providing professional advice and consultation. The post holder will also provide professional leadership and development of the AMHP service to ensure we continue to develop the service and adhere to changes in the mental health legislation and the national AMHP standards. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high degree of professional knowledge and experience, be self-motivated and able to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
