As a Guided Tours Facilitator with Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering expert knowledge and customer experience techniques, to shape that all-important guest experience. Enjoy a role where you’ll love what you do.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure a warm, courteous, professional, and prompt response happens to all telephone, email and in-person enquiries and queries.
  • Ensure accurate and correct details are taken from bookers and recorded accurately in the tours booking system.
  • Ensure tour availability in the tour calendar is always up to date.
  • Liaise and communicate with Reception and other service departments in a clear and timely manner to ensure service delivery and teamwork.
  • Support the Head of Workplace Experience in driving improvements in how we deliver.

What you'll bring:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and build long-term relationships with customers and clients at all levels
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities, whilst always meeting deadlines.
  • At east 2 years experience working within a corporate, hotel, restaurant, or vistor attraction setting.
  • Posses a proactive, hands-on approach to driving high customer service standards to exceed a set of performance criteria.
  • I.T and technology literate to a medium-high level.
  • Desirable: Experience in the field of sales or FOH customer service teams such as reception, tour guides, or events.
