Impact Futures and The Childcare Company have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic Marketing
team as a remote based Digital Marketing Executive.

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive you'll lead the development and execution of digital campaigns that engage and convert. You’ll be
a key player in driving the next phase of growth across a diverse portfolio of businesses, supported by a friendly and experienced
team of marketing specialists.

The role will involve:
- Develop, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other paid channels. Focus on improving
ROI and achieving set KPIs
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, and implement technical SEO best practices to enhance website
rankings and organic traffic
- Plan and execute multi-channel social media campaigns, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction to grow our
online presence
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), providing actionable
insights to refine strategies

You’ll be joining a leading national training provider at an exciting time of growth and expansion, working in a fun and

This is a remote working working with some required travel for learner observations.

About You

- A minimum of 2 years in digital marketing with a proven track record in Paid Media, SEO, and Social Media campaign execution
- Proficiency in digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs (or similar tools), and
email marketing platforms
- Creative thinking with strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and identify trends
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Process-driven with great attention to detail
