Summary

Job Title: Civils Supervisor - Concrete & Formwork
Location: Birmingham
Rate: £24.14 per hour - Nights £32.10 - Weekends £36.21 - (PAYE Direct)
Job Type: Full-Time

Join our growing team on a major civils project in Birmingham. We're looking for an experienced Civils Supervisor with strong skills in concrete works and formwork to help drive progress on-site and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.

This will be a long term, ongoing role starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating site operations related to concrete pours and formwork installation

  • Leading teams of operatives and subcontractors

  • Ensuring work is delivered on time, safely, and to specification

  • Conducting daily briefings, toolbox talks, and ensuring adherence to H&S protocols

  • Reporting progress to site management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civils supervision, with a focus on concrete and formwork

  • Gold CSCS card

  • SSSTS qualification

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
