About the role

Working as part of the Risk and Assurance team you will support colleagues, stakeholders, and tenants in promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) at Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) and within our communities. Your role will involve assisting with EDI initiatives, coordinating events, and providing administrative support to ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Has experience in an Equality and Diversity role or similar relatable position
Has developed a knowledge & understanding of current equality legislation
Is passionate about inclusion and has a will to drive new initiatives
