Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to families in a range of challenging situations.

Facilitate access to resources and services such as housing, education, and counseling for families.
Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress and address any emerging issues promptly.
Provide emotional support and advocacy for families, ensuring their voices are heard.
Collaborate with social workers, educators, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive support services.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of family interactions and progress for reporting purposes.
Requirements
Proven experience in a support role within social care or a related field, preferably with families.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with families.
Demonstrated understanding of family dynamics and the challenges faced by vulnerable families.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Empathy and resilience in dealing with sensitive and often distressing situations.
Organizational skills and attention to detail for assessment and documentation tasks.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on best practices in family support.

End Time: 17:00
