Summary
The post holder will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team of the Care Unit and will ensure that all risks arising from this portfolio are managed in line with Trust management policy and national guidance.The post holder will provide leadership to the nursing and AHP workforce for the delivery of the professional Nursing and AHP agenda within the Care unit and deputise for the Care Group Nurse Director providing care group wide support.The post holder will have specific leadership responsibilities for the services within the Care Unit.
