Summary
Our clients in London and greater London are looking for the Security officers for temporary, contract and permanent assignments in the following markets:
• Event Security officers
• Retail store security officers
• Door Supervisors
• General Security officers
• Site personnel Security officers
Essential:
• Applicants must hold a valid SIA Licence
• Must have prior security work experience
• Must have great customer service experience and conflict resolution skills
• Preferred – 1yr experience in security
• Part-time position, leading to full-time
• Fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days including some weekends. Shifts vary from eight (8) to twelve (12) hours
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Customer focused
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
Duties will include:
• Providing a customer focused security presence
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors
• Acting as a visual deterrent to crime and security incidents
• Monitoring CCTV systems
• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly manner
• Monitoring security systems
• Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard
• Reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty
• Take effective action in an emergency and co-operate fully with the relevant services
• Always enforce all relevant health and safety requirements
• Plus carrying out any other duties of a reasonable request by the client
