As the next Customer Service Advisor, you will receive:

Salary: £26k basic + 1 in 3 Saturdays (paid at time and a half) + bonuses = £28k OTE.
Hours: 2 positions will be 8am - 4pm, and the 3rd will be 10am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm.
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office/2 days WFH (after 3 months)
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:

• Dealing with enquiries, queries, and complaints via inbound calls and emails.
• Providing customers with updates on their repairs and claims.
• Ensuring customers records are consistently maintained on the inhouse system.
• Offering advice and guidance on policies and procedures.
• Escalating issues to senior team members where necessary.

Experience and Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor position:

• Previous phone-based customer service experience is essential.
• The ability to handle complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Proven experience of managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.
