Summary
Your new role
As a Delivery Manager/Product Manager, you will drive the rapid expansion of a Data & Analytics Platform for business-wide Engineering Infrastructure planning and strategy. This position is a hybrid/transitionary role combining elements of delivery management and product management, emphasising agile methodologies and tech transformation.
What you'll need to succeed
- 7+ years of leading complex, cross-functional strategic business projects using agile and lean principles.
- Data Literacy: Comfortable with data, as this role interfaces heavily with the Data team.
- Agile & Scrum: Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Product Management: Expertise in gathering and interpreting customer requirements and familiarity with product design, management and development.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to establish and maintain trust with stakeholders through transparent communication and consistent delivery.
- Desirable: Experience in Technology Infrastructure Change and Business Intelligence delivery programs.
- Transitionary Role: Mobilise the platform, add new functionality, and transition it into Business-As-Usual (BAU) product.
- Product Initiative: Client is pivoting to a more product-focused approach, requiring familiarity with both project and product management.
