Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the establishment.
Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Assist with laundry duties as needed.
Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and staff.
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as business requires.
Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
