Summary
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious, and self-motivated individual to keep our centre safe, secure, clean and ready for use by the public. This role requires shift work which will include evenings and weekends. Applicants for this post need to demonstrate a flexible approach to duties and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Key holder - locking and unlocking the centre
• Small budget management
• Rotas and holidays
• Health and safety, including fire alarms, risk assessment and COSHH
• Alarm checks and out of hours call outs when applicable
• Room set ups and clear downs
• Maintenance, repairs, DIY tasks and general porterage
• Stock control
• Undertaking an element of daily cleaning
Due to the nature of this role, the applicant must be in good physical health, able to lift heavy equipment and loads.
DBS check required.
