Summary
A Personal Assistant is required for a 6-year-old boy in HU4 area of hull. The ideal PA will be patient kind and caring. This young boy enjoys going to soft plays, swimming, parks, imagination play centres.
Experience of autism and pump feeding preferred, but training will be given to the right candidate.
Your main duties will be to help the young boy access areas of interest for him. He will need 1 to 1 supervision, as he can display challenging behaviour when upset and is on a continuous pump feed. He is non-verbal and struggles to communicate his needs, He may require some medications while out and will require personal care as still in nappies. Ideal person must be a driver as young boy is wheelchair user and struggles to walk longer distances due to medical conditions/safety.
Mileage costs will be met by the employer.
The hours needed are 4 hours term time Saturday or Sunday.
Hours in the holidays are 8 hours days/ times flexible.
