As a Recruitment Consultant, you will learn key sales skills including New Business Development, Account Management, Fee Negotiation and Relationship Building. All I need is someone who enjoys winning, soaks up knowledge and training, enjoys pushing themselves out their comfort zone and believes in themselves, this is for you! - Starting salary £25,000
- Commission structure up to 25% of billings - OTE unlimited, realistic in Year 1 is £30,000 - £32,000
