Summary
Booker Group are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Media Administrator. You should have real flair for administration and digital marketing to provide an exemplary level of support to the Digital Marketing team.
The department’s key role is to leverage our digital marketing proposition with our supplier partners. Working collaboratively with both external stakeholders and the internal Booker Trading teams to generate digital marketing income.
This role will have specific focus on providing administration support to the Digital Marketing Managers. You will be the facilitator and support function, responsible for managing the supplier booking process, collation and sense checking of digital assets and media, distributing campaign analytics and raising invoices.
- Efficiently producing timely and accurate management information.
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the supplier funded digital activity plan, including Web banners/emails.
- Working closely with both internal and external contacts, developing strong working relationships.
- Analysing and reporting on supplier funded digital activities
- Working with suppliers and other stakeholders to achieve effective solutions.
- Helping to deliver incremental income via selected supplier’s & category areas.
- Ensuring that all supplier invoicing is completed with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Delivering confident presentations to external contacts to help unlock income.
- Keeping systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
- Assisting in the delivery and implementation of Supplier funded advertising in the Food & Drink Guide/Catering News.
- Assisting to find the best ways of working and make changes for improvement where required.
- The ability to work to deadlines on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Comply with all procedures and system security measures.
- Comply with all company policies, e.g. financial planning and control, health and safety etc.

- Good written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues and suppliers via email, Microsoft Teams, phone calls or in person.

- The ability to manage your own time, organising and prioritising effectively.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word. Ideally Business Objects.

- Experience of B2B marketing practices and a passion for both digital and print marketing communications.
