    Role Responsibilities:

    • Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with diverse SEN, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges


    • Assist teachers in delivering inclusive lessons and activities


    • Support students in developing core skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction


    • Help create a positive, nurturing classroom environment


    • Work closely with teaching staff and SEN coordinators to ensure each student receives the appropriate support and resources


      What We’re Looking For:

      • A 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related field


      • A genuine interest in supporting students with SEN in a secondary school setting


      • Strong communication and relationship-building skills


      • Previous experience in education or SEN (desirable but not essential)


      • Empathetic, patient, and flexible approach to individual learning needs


      • Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills
