Role Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with diverse SEN, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges

Assist teachers in delivering inclusive lessons and activities

Support students in developing core skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction

Help create a positive, nurturing classroom environment

Work closely with teaching staff and SEN coordinators to ensure each student receives the appropriate support and resources
What We’re Looking For:

A 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related field

A genuine interest in supporting students with SEN in a secondary school setting
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Previous experience in education or SEN (desirable but not essential)

Empathetic, patient, and flexible approach to individual learning needs

Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills
