Summary
We are currently in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Centre Supervisor to assist in the daily operations of our warehouse. This role will require oversight of stock management, facilitation of client communication, and execution of quoting processes. The ideal candidate will also assume supervisory responsibilities for the warehouse team, ensuring that all tasks are completed both efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the daily management of warehouse operations.
- Oversee stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their orders and inventory needs.
- Prepare and provide precise quotations to clients.
- Supervise and support the warehouse team, offering guidance and training as required.
- Regularly update and maintain client stock lists.
- Ensure general maintenance of the warehouse, fostering a safe and organized environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and management skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in IT, specifically in inventory management software, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and to lead effectively.
