Summary

Hope Haven General ManagerHybrid role, 2 days to be spent at Whitehaven serviceWe have a great opportunity to join Everyturn on a fixed term contract and be responsible for the oversight and management of the Hope Haven project including the management of partner contracts and the day to day running of the service in collaboration with the service delivery partners.About the role:To be the first point of contact for the Project, working alongside all stakeholders and project delivery partners.To provide oversight and financial management / monitoring of the project.To provide contract and performance management of all sub-contracted delivery partners.Liaison with Whitehaven Community Trust (Landlords) to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the Hope Haven building.Coordination and oversight of the day-to-day activities to be delivered from the Hope haven building, including assignment and management of key holder duties and allocation of duties to responsible persons.Oversight of all off-site activities within the community, liaising with all delivery partners to ensure safe delivery of services.Coproduction of community engagement plans with local stakeholders and the project steering group.Oversight and delivery of all community engagement activity, including identifying target community groups (including marginalised communities), designing and delivering engagement activity, undertaking ‘You Said, We Did’ activity.Liaison with all partners (formal and informal) to ensure that their continued contribution remains valuable to delivering the aims of the project.To provide verbal and written information and support to parties involved in projects and for the duration of their involvement.To liaise with senior and management colleagues within CNTW to ensure there is continued support and buy in for the project.Collect and collate performance data from all partners to produce regular update reports for the project steering group, CNTW and NHSEngland.Coordinate and facilitate the project steering group About you:A degree or diploma in a relevant area of expertise, or equivalent demonstrable experienceSignificant experience in clinical mental health / project management / community health and social care.Awareness of pathwaysAn understanding of and commitment to the mental health transformation agendaAn understanding of community developmentAn understanding of partnership workingAwareness of the mental health, NHS, Local Authority, VCFSE and public sector systemHighly developed communication skills, orally and in writingHighly developed report writing skillsHighly developed relationship building skillsHighly developed interpersonal skillsDeveloped presentational skillsHigh level of enthusiasm and motivationExcellent time management skillsAbility to undertake CPD as part of your roleAbility to work individually or within a team and foster good working relationshipsAbility to manage a high volume, pressured role and seek support when requiredRegard for others and respect for individual rights of autonomy and confidentialityCommitment to the organisations and project aims and values, supporting and promoting an organisational culture that appreciates: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and innovation.What we offer in return:We are proud to have been recognised and certified as a Great Place to Work, which speaks volumes on how much we value our staff members.
