We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high store standards.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
• Maintain security and loss prevention measures.
Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
• Motivate team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Customer Service:
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
• Train staff on best practices in customer engagement.
• Sales and Profitability:
• Monitor and drive store sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement.
• Implement promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Inventory Management:
• Oversee stock levels and ordering to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage deliveries.
• Reporting and Compliance:
• Prepare sales and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial and operational records.
