Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be a Store Manager in our one of our branches!
As Store Manager, you will set the standard in-store. You will be an inspiring leader, coaching a team to achieve brilliant results. Above all, you will keep the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Consistently driving excellent standards and generating results, you will create a culture where everyone works together as one team.

Having previous experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will demonstrate clear leadership qualities and commercial awareness.
You’ll be an engaging communicator and be able to deliver feedback and have challenging conversations, whilst managing performance fairly and consistently. As our business evolves you will embrace change, champion new technology and instil effective ways of working.
Your duties will include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring merchandise is clearly displayed and priced, monitoring stock levels, handling deliveries, training and supporting employees, providing excellent customer service to our loyal customers, achieving sales targets, health and safety checks, liaising with various departments, and all other administrative and shop floor duties.
