Concept Facades is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. If you're a strategic thinker with a proven sales track record, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business growth objectives.
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate across teams to align on business goals and client needs.
Present compelling pitches to potential clients, highlighting our services.
Use CRM software (preferably Salesforce) to manage sales activities and performance metrics.
Attend industry events to promote the company and expand networks.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for closing deals.
Proficient in CRM software, especially Salesforce.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
What We Offer:
Salary: £25k-£30k per annum plus commission.
Hours: 40-hour week.
Location: Office-based in Tilbury with the option to work from home one day a week if needed.
