Summary
Job Opportunity: Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk Location: Bristol
Duration: 3 months (with potential extension)
Pay rate: £13.30 per hour + holiday
- Review, verify, and process invoices
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Maintain vendor files and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
