Hays are recruiting for a permanent Marketing Manager. This role is based in Manchester city centre for a digital marketing business.
Your new role
As marketing manager, you will manage a team responsible for email marketing operations, to reach, engage and build loyalty with audiences across Europe. You will lead a team of 2 specialists, working closely with internal stakeholders. You will guide, advise, govern, and analyse all aspects of marketing automation and email programme. You will have a focus on first-party data; you will help achieve objectives through evolving technology. You will ensure that email campaigns adhere to regulations and guidelines. Oversee the governance and segmentation of marketing data, manage the design, build, test and dispatch of email campaigns. Ensure that emails are tested and rendered effective. You will understand and evaluate campaigns, plan and perform testing. Engage with product owners and troubleshoot. Remain up to date with industry trends and technology.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience, you will have an undergraduate degree in Marketing or the equivalent. You will be technically strong, you will be comfortable managing a team providing guidance and necessary training.
