The Headteacher and Governors of this outstanding nursery school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and dedicated teacher to join our team.

andnbsp;

You will:

Be an experienced and outstanding practitioner, with high expectations of all children.
andnbsp;Demonstrate an excellent level of knowledge and understanding of effective Early Years principles and practice (0-5years)
andnbsp;Have experience of using research to support childrenandrsquo;s development.
Be committed to raising standards and attainment for all children in a stimulating learning environment.
Have an understanding of personalised learning.
Have the capacity to inspire and motivate children within a creative curriculum.
Have relevant SEN experience.
Value and respect the contribution of parents/carers in the education of their own children.
Have effective communication skills
Be dedicated to your own professional development
Be prepared to become involved in the wider life of the school and most importantly be a team playerandnbsp;
