Summary

Lancaster University has an exciting new opportunity for an International Recruitment Officer!
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in the role of International Officer.

As International Officer you will have proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies. You should possess strong relationship management skills and experience of working with staff and stakeholders both within the UK and overseas. As International Officer, you will need to have a working knowledge of international recruitment practices, and you will also be comfortable working with data and using data to make informed decisions.
This role will be crucial in delivering our commitments to international student recruitment strategy.

This role will be looking after and targeting recruitment mainly in South East Asia and will involve international travel on occasions.
Please note, the successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours (including evenings and occasional weekend commitments).
