About the role:

Details: Grade 6, SCP 14-19, £28,624 - £31,067, (pro rata), £14.84 - £16.10 (Hourly Rate)
Hours of Work: 37
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Main Place of Work: Barry

Description: To deliver high quality childcare provision for children aged 2-3 years residing in the Flying Start area.


About you / You will need:

• At least three years’ experience of working with children in a pre-school setting In-
depth knowledge of the National Minimum Standards for Regulated Care

• The role of the person in day to day charge Effective management and leadership
skills Minimum NVQ 4/ QCF5 in Children’s Care Learning and Development
(CCLD)

• With leadership and management units, or an equivalent relevant qualification Committed to high quality childcare.

• Ability to speak Welsh essential
