Summary
Bar Manager required to run busy bar located on Barry Island.
Responsible for managing bar operations, and managing / recruiting bar staff. Managing inventory levels and ordering stock and supplies as required. Must ensure exceptional customer service, maintain cleanliness of bar and ensure all health and safety rules are adhered to. Will be responsible for organising regular events in the bar and updating social media. Working week to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Previous experience essential. This role requires a leader who can effectively manage staff, maintain high-standards, and create an inviting atmosphere for guests. Salary negotiable.
