We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in guiding our clients through the complexities of digital change, ensuring they harness technology effectively to enhance their operations and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight, enabling them to deliver tailored solutions that drive business success.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects.
Collaborate with clients to assess their current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
Develop comprehensive digital transformation strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on digital tools and processes.
Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions.
Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of transformation initiatives within budget constraints.
Skills
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and automation tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven experience in change management methodologies and frameworks.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous but not essential.
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in IT consultancy or digital project delivery.
Strong knowledge of BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with construction workflows and digital change management.
Working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards for BIM and information management.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
