Qualifications
- Valid Traffic Marshall certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Understanding of traffic management and health and safety regulations.
Day-to-day As a Traffic Marshall, you will be responsible for directing traffic, ensuring the safety of all individuals on site, and maintaining clear communication with drivers and site personnel.
