Summary


To provide 1-1 support and workshops to an allocated group of service users diagnosed with ADHD and thus promote their recovery

To focus on the direct needs of service users, working across the City and Solihull, offering practical support/reasonable adjustments for those diagnosed with ADHD

To work autonomously to encourage service users to engage in therapeutic programmes

To support service users with a diagnosis of ADHD, remotely or face to face in clinics, 1-1 and carrying out workshops

Carry out physical health checks where required

Feedback outcomes of interventions in MDT

Clear and concise documentation on RiO following interventions

Monitor and record efficacy of interventions/workshops

To report to ANP/Team Manager
