Responsibilities
Manage and oversee housing services within the assigned neighbourhoods.
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding housing queries and issues.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with housing standards.
Organize and facilitate community outreach programs and resident engagement events.
Work collaboratively with local councils and community organizations to address housing challenges.
Prepare reports and documentation related to housing policies and resident needs.
Respond to complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
A relevant degree or qualification in housing, social work, or a related field.
Proven experience in housing management or community engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with residents.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Knowledge of local housing regulations and policies.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and databases for managing housing information.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £20.96
