Summary
Job Title: Affordable Warmth Officer
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,916.15 (£34,037.54 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Location: Liverpool/ Hybrid

The difference you will make as an Affordable Warmth Officer
You will develop and coordinate projects and initiatives to reduce fuel poverty, including building suitable links to external organisations who can provide direct support to customers with fuel poverty and fuel debt. You will be expected to promote energy saving solutions to customers and link in with our Asset Services team with the development of decarbonisation solutions that will assist customers in addressing fuel poverty.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven track record of working with customers
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Results focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business
- Knowledge and experience of all Windows based software to support business and customer focused outcomes
