The Role:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of property growth strategies.
You will manage multiple on-site and feasibility-stage projects, ensuring optimum program delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to health and safety standards.
This role requires a dynamic professional with significant experience in project or programme management, construction, or engineering and a proven track record of managing builds across existing properties and new developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction engineering, planning, and design for renewal, extension, and new space projects.
Deliver the highest safety standards across all projects, ensuring compliance with government legislation and company policies.
Oversee site management, planning, and coordination of subcontractors.
Ensure contract resources meet programme, safety, and quality targets, with performance monitored through KPIs and regular reviews.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring they are fit for purpose and cost-effective.
Manage tender processes, contract agreements, and ongoing specification reviews to meet business requirements and statutory consents.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will ideally have:
Significant experience in project and programme management, real estate development, or architecture/design.
A strong understanding of construction engineering and facilities management principles.
Experience managing builds across existing properties and new developments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and the ability to learn new applications as required.
Flexibility to travel across the UK and ROI based on business needs.
