As a Payroll Pensions Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulations and policies, while also providing exceptional customer service to staff regarding their pension inquiries and payroll-related questions. This position demands a strong understanding of payroll systems, pension schemes, and financial regulations. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within strict deadlines to deliver accurate payroll and pension calculations. You will be collaborating with various departments to ensure that payroll is processed timely and that all information is up to date and correct. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining employee records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in audits and pension fund management. Responsibilities
Process payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and regulations
Manage pension scheme enrollments, contributions, and compliance with relevant legislation
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and pension matters with clarity and professionalism
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records related to payroll and pensions
Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
Assist in year-end reporting processes, including tax forms and pension summaries
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll and pension data
Requirements
Proven experience in payroll processing and pension management
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations concerning payroll and pensions
Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficient in payroll systems and accounting software
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.36
