Summary

As an experienced administrator, you will be required to work closely with the Risk management team, to carry out all administrative requirements of the Risk Management functions including maintaining records within the department, working in a collaborative way to support all campuses. They are also responsible for supporting the Head of Estates & Risk Management on Data Protection matters.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • To support the Risk Manager in managing the administration related to the Risk Management

    Team (RMT) functions (Health & Safety, Data Protection and Insurance).


  • To assist the RMT in supporting and monitoring compliance within the various Departments of the

    College.
  • Maintenance of Statutory Registers relating to Health, Safety and Data Protection compliance.


  • Carry out checks of compliance related documentation & equipment, such as completion of Risk

    Assessments, Safety Tours, Fire Extinguishers, Data Privacy Impact Assessments, etc.


  • To obtain quotes, for goods and services as required by the RMT.


  • Liaising with College staff to schedule meetings, inspections and audits.


  • To assist in the management, administration and co-ordination of contracts for the RMT.


  • To assist the RMT in ensuring goods are ordered, delivered and invoices are processed in a timely manner.




    Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5:15pm

    Friday 8:45am to 4:45pm
