Therefore, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with a good working knowledge of Microsoft computer packages. You will ideally possess an Admin qualification or equivalent qualification in typewriting/word processing and skills and experience around standards of spelling and grammatical accuracy. You will need to be able to input data and analyse and complete reports. ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE Qualifications RSA III Typing or equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience GCSEs Grade C or above in English Skilled in MS Office applications Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint Previous experience in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of TPP SystmOne Experience Ability to organise and prioritise own work Good Interpersonal Skills Experience in the use of databases Previous experience within an office/administration environment Experience of maintaining robust filing systems (paper and electronic) Flexible approach to working practices Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and data protection. NHS experience Understanding of the local authority.
