Crynodeb
We are looking to grow our Nursery Team.
We have full and part-time (weekend) roles available to cover the everyday tasks of a growing plant nursery. You will need a “can do” flexible attitude to work, respond well to challenges and have the stamina and capacity to work in all weathers. We are a small team, so a willingness to pull-together and keep the Nursery running smoothly is a must.
Good communication skills are a priority as there will be a customer-facing element to the work. Plant knowledge is ideal but not a necessity as you will learn on the job and in-house training is provided.
Remuneration is dependent on experience; there is some bank holiday working and weekends when necessary to cover staff holidays.
