Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Rent Service Officer (L3Z1) to join our dynamic team. As a Rent Service Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing of rental applications, managing tenant queries, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of rental agreements and housing policies. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth communications between tenants and landlords, addressing issues as they arise, and providing guidance on rights and responsibilities. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring that properties meet safety standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep commitment to tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities
Process rental applications promptly and accurately.
Manage and respond to tenant inquiries regarding lease agreements and property issues.
Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
Assist in the resolution of tenant disputes and landlord concerns effectively and diplomatically.
Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and transactions in the database.
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Provide guidance to tenants and landlords regarding their rights and responsibilities under housing laws.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in property management.
Strong knowledge of rental agreements, housing laws, and tenant rights.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with diverse individuals.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management capabilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using computer software and databases related to property management.

Pay Per Day: £19.25
