Are you an experienced deputy manager looking to join a beautiful luxury care home in Burgess Hill West Sussex?

I am seeking a passionate and committed care home deputy manager to join this medium sized , stunning residential and dementia care home which is part of a growing luxury care home group specialising in residential and dementia care of the elderly

As Deputy Manager, you will ensure excellent quality care is given by working hand-in-hand with the Home Manager to lead a highly skilled and dedicated team and make sure every resident receives the exceptional care they deserve.

Salary

c£50k
40hrs per week, mostly supernumerary
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Requirements:

Minimum of a Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Health and Social Care.
Ideally an NMC Pin but not essential
Experience in a leadership role in a residential care home
Solid knowledge of CQC standards and a commitment to delivering outstanding compliance.
Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
A positive, approachable, and team-focused attitude.
You role will be to:

Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated and committed staff team to deliver outstanding care every single day.
Take charge of day-to-day care home operations and keep everything running smoothly, especially when the Home Manager's away.
Help maintain high standards and cultivate a culture within the team where everyone strives to always exceed expectations.
Support, train, and develop staff so they are engaged, motivated, and performing at their best
