What we expect…

As an IT & Telecoms Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting a range of IT and Telecoms solutions for our clients.

Ideally, you will have experience in all of the following areas (though training is provided!):

IT Support & Networking – troubleshooting, system installations, Microsoft 365, Windows & Linux servers.
Telecoms Solutions – VoIP, hosted phone systems, SIP, multi-site telecoms, call routing.
Internet & Connectivity – business broadband, fibre, leased lines, Wi-Fi solutions.
Cybersecurity & Compliance – basic knowledge of security best practices.
Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – ability to work independently and within a team.
Full UK Driving Licence – as some client visits may be required.

Your Responsibilities…

Install, configure, and support IT & Telecoms solutions for our business customers.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert support both remotely and on-site.
Set up and manage business internet, VoIP phone systems, and network security.
Work within KPIs and deadlines, ensuring outstanding customer service.
Assist with project planning and implementation of new technology.
Keep up to date with the latest tech developments and security best practices.
