As a First Line Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include…
• Responding to phone and email support requests, diagnosing technical problems.
• Providing 1st line support across their customer base and solving tech related problems.
• Being responsible for both reactive and proactive maintenance activities.
• Contribute to IT related projects.
• Following agreed process and procedures to ensure a smooth process and support.
• Maintenance of all IT service documentation.
We are looking for a First Line Support Engineer with the following skills and experience…
• Experience working as a 1st Line Support engineer.
• Experience of remote access tools.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 as well as Azure, Active Directory and Antivirus software.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting or network infrastructure.
• Understanding of ITIL best practice.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
In return, the successful First Line Support Engineer will receive a salary of £23,000 - £28,000, plus the following benefits…
