Summary


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Occupational Health team as an OH Technician (Band 3). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, enhance your skills, and advance your career.

This role offers a unique chance to embark on a fulfilling career in Occupational Health, with the potential to progress to a Senior OH Technician role (Band 4) upon completing the Senior HealthCare Worker apprenticeship and OH technician training.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and the capability to work autonomously in a clinic environment. A commitment to personal and professional development is essential.

As an OH Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our workforce. Your responsibilities will include pre-placement assessments and screening, supporting health surveillance programs, and contributing to the delivery of an award-winning occupational health service.
