About this Role
We're after a smart, strategic operator who can drive change at Cera. This person will need to have a strong analytical underpinning but also the ability to form strong personal connections with key internal stakeholders, operators and customers..
If preventative healthcare excites you, you find yourself debating the NHS ten-year plan over lunch, and XMR charts and Kaizen make perfect bedtime reading—this role is for you. Equally, you must be passionate about making a difference and working collaboratively with our stakeholders to influence and drive meaningful change in the organisation.
You'll be the glue between FP&A, Product, Operations, and Business Development, driving high-impact strategic projects and implementing the systems we need to scale.
Key Responsibilities

Buildsystems and a data-driven performance approachfor our social care operations alongside our Chief Care Officer, drawing out insight and paint a story based on often ambiguous data

Manage reporting requirementsfor external stakeholders including Cera's board and potential investors

Build outoperational analytics and best-in-class systems and toolsalongside our data and product team

Build and maintain abest-in-class commercial account management systemalongside our business development team to optimise tenders, bids, and revenue growth

Drive Cera's strategy across healthcare and social careas we build out our proposition to move more healthcare into the home

Drive adoption ofGen AI, systems thinking & automationsacross different teams
About You

Experience: 4+ years leading in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Ambition:Wants as a next step to build a company, run a major division, or step into a principal role at a top VC.

Nice to have: Direct experience in a fast- growth innovative healthcare or social care company, able to directly interrogate databases (SQL/Python/LookML), comfortable building PoC low-code apps.
