We are looking for 2 * Logistics Coordinator:
Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the supply chain operations of the company. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers and clients.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and freight companies to arrange transportation and resolve any delivery issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and deliveries.
Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
Optimize logistics procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for replenishments.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations and company policies.
Address and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely manner.
Prepare reports on logistics performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Visiting site of customers sites.
Making deliveries to customers houses and providing an excellent service.
