Join our dynamic and dedicated Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team at Frimley Park Hospital! We are committed to providing exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedAdministrativeAssistantto help keep our team organised and efficient. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including collecting and inputting data into national databases, supporting daily operations, and ensuring seamless coordination within the team.

Working alongside a team of clinical stroke specialists who work within a community setting.
Patient facing tasks such as telephone enquires, booking appointments, and patient related administration.
Team tasks: ordering equipment, writing up minutes from meetings, maintaining rosters and collecting data. General administrative tasks.
National databases: collecting and inputting data into various databases in a timely and accurate manner
