Your new role
Your role will be pivotal in creating an outstandingonboarding experience for new joiners, and a great opportunity for someoneearly on in their career from a similar, global organisation, to really developwithin onboarding and HR.

You will be:

  • First point of contact for new joiners to the company, signposting to relevant materials/support and addressing potential queries
  • Managing various internal and external stakeholders to align global initiatives to the London office
  • Overseeing a mentorship scheme
  • Distributing welcome materials for new joiners
  • Overseeing facilitation and operational duties regarding the onboarding calendar
  • Running engaging sessions to introduce new joiners to the company.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 1-2 years' experience managing LMS in a global capacity
  • Proven knowledge of LMS and Workday
  • Proven experience developing and encouraging a strong learning culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
  • Proven strong time management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
