Summary
£12.25per hour (Living wage and pension scheme)
20 - 30 hours per week, 6 days over 7
Fixed Term until November 8th 2025.
Ability to work Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays essential.
Outstanding Customer service skills are essential. Previous experience would be preferred, although not essential, as full training will be provided.
Duties will include
• vacuuming floors,
• polishing and dusting,
• cleaning bathrooms,
• changing bed linen,
• replenishing stock in bathrooms and bedrooms
• all other associated duties within a busy hotel.
This position is physically demanding and involves lifting and carrying, working up and down staircases, moving furniture, lifting beds, carrying equipment and handling cleaning materials etc.
You must have Outstanding Customer service skills.
Must adhere to company dress code.
Good communication skills are essential – both person to person and via the telephone for this small hotel.
You must be able to work in a professional, courteous, friendly and helpful manner with accuracy and attention to detail. You should be able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Applicants must be physically fit and reliable with the ability to work on their own initiative and maintain exceptional high standards.
