Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Admin Manager to join the team at Bristol Free School. This role involves delivering a high-quality administration and customer service to all students, parents, staff, and visitors as well as supporting with the management of the wider admin team. The role is term time plus INSET days and one week worked in the holidays – 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. The ideal candidate is a resilient team player with a can-do attitude, who is flexible, able to use their own initiative and problem solve. They should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy contact with people and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. This role is well suited to an enthusiastic individual who would thrive in a busy and vibrant school environment.
